Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your Vimi Joshi Beauty purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know.

Returns & Refunds

In line with global retail standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following product categories:Health & beauty items (such as skincare, makeup, and cosmetics), or personalised products tailored to your order.

We only offer a refund or exchange in the following cases:

1. You received the wrong item or shade
2. Your item arrived damaged due to a manufacturing defect

If your item qualifies, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing customer.service@vimijoshibeauty.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item.

If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.Please note: original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following circumstances:

1. You received the wrong item or shade
2. Your item arrived damaged or defective

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customer.service@vimijoshibeauty.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the item. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancelations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it.
