We currently ship to the UAE and the other GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia), the United Kingdom, the United States and India. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout and may be limited by postcode, product restrictions, sanctions or courier coverage.

All Emirates: free delivery above AED 250; otherwise AED 25. Estimated delivery is 1β2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays).

Duties and taxes
The checkout will state whether duties and taxes are included. If supplied duties unpaid, the recipient may be required to pay import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees. We will disclose the total payable to us before the order is placed.
Tracking and delivery
We email tracking details after dispatch. Please allow up to one business day for activation. Check your address and contact details carefully. We remain responsible for the goods until delivered to you or a person you nominate, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If we cannot meet a promised shipping date, we will notify you and provide the delay, cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.
