These Terms govern use of our website and purchases from Vimi Joshi Beauty L.L.C (“Vimi Joshi Beauty”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By placing an order, you make an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send an order-acceptance or dispatch confirmation, whichever our checkout process identifies as acceptance. Automated acknowledgement alone may not constitute acceptance. Mandatory consumer rights in your delivery country apply and cannot be excluded by these Terms.

You must have legal capacity to contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must place or authorise the order. We may refuse an order where legally required or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or misuse.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to:

(a) Correct any errors or omissions without prior notice
(b) Cancel or refuse orders if a product is incorrectly listed or unavailable
(c) Modify, discontinue, or withdraw products at any time

All products are subject to availability.

Prices may be displayed in AED, GBP, USD, INR or another checkout currency. Before you place an order, checkout will show the product total, delivery charge, applicable taxes collected by us and the final amount payable to us. The checkout will state whether import duties and taxes are included. Your bank may impose separate conversion or international transaction fees.

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Payments are handled by third-party providers; we do not store full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We ship to the UAE and the other GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia), the United Kingdom, the United States and India, subject to checkout availability. Current delivery charges and thresholds are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Information and shown before purchase.

Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly agreed as guaranteed. We remain responsible for goods until physical delivery to you or a person you identify, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us or applicable law provides otherwise.

If we cannot ship within a promised or legally required time, we will notify you and offer the options required by applicable law. For US orders this includes seeking consent to a delay or cancelling and issuing a prompt refund where required. Customs and carrier events may affect timing, but do not remove mandatory remedies.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any health & beauty items (including skincare, makeup, and cosmetics) or on personalised products made to your order.

We will only provide a refund or exchange in the following cases:

(a) you received the wrong item or shade; or

(b) your item arrived damaged due to a manufacturing defect.

To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing customer.service@vimijoshibeauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

If approved, we may require you to return the item in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging, seals, and tags intact. Items showing signs of use, tampering, or removal of protective seals cannot be accepted.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will, at our discretion:

(a) issue a refund to your original payment method, or

(b) send a replacement/exchange of the same product (subject to stock availability).

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the issue was due to our error) and must use a tracked courier service to ensure proof of return.

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or amend an order. We may be unable to change an order after processing begins, but this does not affect statutory cancellation rights. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel it and refund amounts paid. We will not impose a cancellation fee unless it is lawful, disclosed before purchase and applied fairly.

Use products in accordance with their label, warnings and directions. Review the current ingredient list on the product packaging, particularly if you have allergies or sensitivities. Individual reactions vary; patch testing may be appropriate. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for a defective product or misleading information.

All content on our website including logos, product images, designs, and text is the property of Vimi Joshi Beauty and is protected under UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse our website or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes, including but not limited to reselling products without permission, copying website content, or interfering with website functionality.

You are responsible for losses we reasonably incur because of your unlawful or fraudulent misuse of the website or deliberate breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This provision does not apply to ordinary consumer use or limit any statutory consumer right.

You agree not to misuse our website or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes, including but not limited to reselling products without permission, copying website content, or interfering with website functionality.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer. Any other limitation applies only to the fullest extent permitted by the law applicable to the order. Force-majeure events may delay performance, but we will still provide notices and remedies required by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vimi Joshi Beauty regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

We may update these Terms for future website use and orders. Changes take effect when posted, but will not retrospectively alter a contract already formed unless the change is required by law or agreed with you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how and why we process personal data, our lawful grounds, international transfers and individual rights. Our Cookie Policy explains the technologies used. Non-essential cookies are not set before consent where consent is required, and users can reject or withdraw consent as easily as they accept it.

These Terms are governed by UAE law. However, if you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of your country of residence or delivery. Nothing requires a consumer to bring a claim exclusively in Dubai where such a restriction would be unenforceable.

Translations may be provided for convenience. The English version prevails only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
