These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, your purchase of any products, and your interaction with Vimi Joshi Beauty L.L.C (“Vimi Joshi Beauty”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are misused or provide false information.

The website may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

You must not upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful software, disruptive code, or content that may damage or impair the website.

You are also prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including unauthorised purchases, misuse of promotional codes, or attempts to circumvent security measures.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under UAE law.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to:

(a) Correct any errors or omissions without prior notice
(b) Cancel or refuse orders if a product is incorrectly listed or unavailable
(c) Modify, discontinue, or withdraw products at any time

All products are subject to availability.

All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

Accepted payment methods include:

(a) Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard); and
(b) Apple Pay
(c) other processors facilitated by platforms (e.g., Shopify)

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and agree to be bound by the terms and policies of such third-party payment providers.

We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers.

An order becomes binding only when it is accepted by us.

Order acceptance occurs when we issue a confirmation email acknowledging that the order has been received and processed.

We may decline or cancel an order where products are unavailable, pricing or technical errors occur, or where the order appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

Once an order is confirmed, products will be dispatched to the delivery address provided.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the courier.
‍
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and may be affected by customs, courier delays, or events beyond our control.

We currently deliver within the UAE across all Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain.

Delivery charges:
(a) Free standard delivery on orders above AED 250
(b) AED 25 fee for orders below AED 250

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays).

Important Notes:

Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier partners. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the order is handed over to the courier.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or failures caused by courier handling, incorrect delivery information provided by you, customs inspections, weather conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow up to 1 business day for the tracking link to activate.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or failed deliveries.

International shipping is not yet available, but we are working to expand to more countries soon.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any health & beauty items (including skincare, makeup, and cosmetics) or on personalised products made to your order.

We will only provide a refund or exchange in the following cases:
(a) you received the wrong item or shade; or
(b) your item arrived damaged due to a manufacturing defect.

To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing customer.service@vimijoshibeauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

If approved, we may require you to return the item in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging, seals, and tags intact. Items showing signs of use, tampering, or removal of protective seals cannot be accepted.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will, at our discretion:

(a) issue a refund to your original payment method, or
(b) send a replacement/exchange of the same product (subject to stock availability).

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the issue was due to our error) and must use a tracked courier service to ensure proof of return.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or combined with another order. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

If you contact us immediately after placing an order, our customer care team will do their best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once the order is being processed.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen issues), we reserve the right to cancel your order. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Any promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers are subject to their specific terms and conditions.

Promotions may be withdrawn, modified, or cancelled at any time.

Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

If a promotion has a minimum spend requirement or expiry date, these conditions must be satisfied at the time of purchase. Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively once an order is placed.

All products must be used strictly according to the instructions, warnings, and guidelines provided on packaging.

As individual skin types, sensitivities, and allergies vary, we cannot guarantee that every product is suitable for you.

It is your responsibility to review all ingredient lists and conduct a patch test before use.

We disclaim liability for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other adverse effects that may arise from use of our products.

All content on our website including logos, product images, designs, and text is the property of Vimi Joshi Beauty and is protected under UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission.

You may create an account to acess certain features but you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or breach of security. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

You agree not to misuse our website or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes, including but not limited to reselling products without permission, copying website content, or interfering with website functionality. We may suspend or terminate an account where misuse is detected, innacurate information is provided or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Our website may integrate services or technologies provided by third parties (e.g., Shopify), payment processors, analytics tools, and social media platforms.

The use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party websites or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vimi Joshi Beauty, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of our website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law:

(a) Our total liability to you in connection with any product or service shall not exceed the price you paid for that product or service.
(b) We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights under UAE consumer law.

Except as expressly stated, we make no warranties or representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of our products or website content. All products are provided 'as is' to the maximum extent permitted under law.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or failures of suppliers, couriers, or telecommunications.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vimi Joshi Beauty regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.

These Terms may be translated into Arabic or other languages for convenience. In the event of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
